"Kosovo" Music Video Sparks Diplomatic Row
Kosovo is today one of the main centres for Islamic Jihad activity in Europe, of drug traffic etc:"Kosovo" Music Video Sparks Diplomatic Row
Well, this is interesting. Remember that music video from the Norwegian troops, to the tune of the Beach Boys' "Kokomo"? After getting out on the Internet, it sparked a full-blown (and admittedly, legitimate) diplomatic incident. Yahoo News and Al-Jazeera both cover the clash. But only Winds of Change.NET has the lyrics, along with the video links to "Kosovo" and the full version of the British Dragoons' "Is This The Way To Armadillo".

Sorry for being slightly OT once more, but I've found this article on Aftenposten and I'm frightened. According to that article there were 64,000 children born to foreigners in Norway in 2004. It is typo, isn't it?
No, I don't think it's a typo.
Ehm it must be cumulated number for some time period. 60.000 -70.000 births per year - that must be an annual sum for the whole Norway.
Nevertheless, I've collected three interesting links in today's German press for you. First one is about Chairwoman of CDU. She has promised that the question of Turkey accession is going to be part of pre-election campaign. Peter Hintze, high ranked CDU politician, has proposed referendum about that accession. "Usual suspects" has already attacked CDU because of that.
Another link is about man who wanted to kill unborn baby of his girl. He has attacked her twice because "it would be shame for a Muslim to have a child with a Catolician woman. He is now prosecuted for an attempted abortion and for an actual bodily harm. The link is here.
If you find those articles helpful I suggest you to download them on your computer as yahoo will remove those articles in some time and Spiegel could move its link to subscriber archive.
Just need to add: The music video is funny as hell.
And if this is the worst we've done to offend those ultra nationalistic serbs, well then there's not much to complain about ;)
